At L2T we are dedicated to partnering and assisting individuals who are truly committed to
positively developing into exceptional leaders and achieving their top potential. The coach’s role is
to assist clients in developing a heightened sense of self-awareness, gaining insights into their
values, personality, motivations, and behaviors to support their leadership development.
Our highly customizable, one-on-one executive leadership coaching engagements focus
on empowering leaders to achieve peak results by aligning values and purpose, increasing
self-awareness, refining leadership skills, and achieving identified goals.
L2T works with organizations to develop customized coaching programs to meet the needs of
their team. Coaching can be offered to large or small groups to provide skills development and
assistance in achieving identified organizational goals. Coaching sessions are conducted
in regular intervals either in-person, or via conference call, Zoom, Google Meet or Skype.

L2T offers Mentor Coaching services to coaches looking to hone and incorporate in their
practices the eight (8) coaching competencies developed by the International Coaching Federation
(ICF) to achieve the desired credential level. Coaching sessions are conducted in-person,
via conference call, or by Zoom, Google Meet or Skype.
