“I sought out professional coaching at a time when I didn’t know where to go next. Through my coaching sessions with Sandra, I was able to gain a better understanding of myself, my abilities, my management style, and what would make me happy in life. She has an open and easy communication style that earned my trust and I was able to share my thoughts with her and received her feedback with acceptance. My coaching sessions with Sandra were helpful and fruitful.”

Health Scientist, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

When I began working with Sandra, my hope was that she would provide advice and counsel about my job transition. What I received was so much more. Sandra helped me to be much more reflective and thoughtful about my motivations, goals, and aspirations, in ways that I had never been before. From the start, I felt that Sandra was available to and invested in me. She knew from the start that it was never about the next job…I just had to get there too! Through our engagements, I was able to shed burdens, the expectations of others and gain much more clarity about the building blocks for my personal and professional growth. Underlying Sandra’s talent as a brilliant coach is her openness, flexibility, and insight. I would strongly recommend Sandra to anyone looking to work with an executive coach.”

Idara Umoh Nickelson, MBA, Vice President & Chief Growth Officer, Adfinitas Health

“Sandra was very thoughtful in her approach and seemed to know just what to say at the appropriate time. I appreciate the fact that she let me come to my own conclusions about situations and how best to handle them. She was always very open-minded and seemed to have the right questions to ask during the sessions. I appreciated her honesty and insight during the talks. I also found the goal setting very helpful. She would ask that we set an agenda/goal for our talks at the outset and that helped me stay focused on the discussion rather than other factors that may have come up.”

Attorney Recruiting & Development Manager, Major Law Firm in Washington, D.C.

“Coaching was transformational. Having a safe space to talk about issues that not many people understand or have time to talk about was the most valuable aspect of the coaching engagement. Sandra’s patience, non-judgmental stance, and obvious care were the most helpful things about the coaching relationship for me.”

Program and Communications Coordinator, Non-Profit Organization

“Sandra has been an incredible support the past 20 years in my career path. She is thorough and knowledgeable. Gifted with creativity and motivation, Sandra gently and astutely guides the discovery process enabling true embracing of leadership and talent.”

Claudia S. de Windt, CEO, Inter-American Institute on Justice and Sustainability (IIJS)

“Coaching is an exceptional opportunity for anyone who is seriously engaged in and interested in being challenged further from within.  Although I was apprehensive initially and I continually realize the benefit of this opportunity. I feel that the greatest strengths of my coach (Sandra) was her ability to stay focused on the subject matter of each particular session; her interrogating skills, which continued to cause me to pull deeper; her patience in dealing with the me, the coachee, which allowed the me to relax, mediate and express myself freely and openly. I plan to challenge myself to a new level of awareness about my own abilities, desires, and consciousness.”

General Services Administration Leader

“Sandra served as my coach for about 9 months. Through working with her,  I learned more about my personality, leadership and communication style, and strategies to achieve my professional goals. We worked together during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic when my schedule was consistently changing due to deployments. Sandra was flexible and dedicated to our sessions despite my hectic schedule. I genuinely enjoyed working with Sandra! Our sessions were the highlight of an extremely unconventional year.
